I have been so fortunate to have been assigned to Kelsey! I have been with her for several years now. I am disabled and a very brittle type 1 which means that I can't control how fast my blood sugar drops. Needless to say it was very difficult to go and get my blood drawn. From the very beginning she understood and worked with me. She would contact me the morning of the draw to see how I was doing and would even change her schedule for me if necessary. While she was busy setting up Precision Mobile Draw I found out just how much she had spoiled me. I had a few others come for the draw...no one would agree to arrive until between 8am and 10am! One came with tubes and all the paraphernalia in one hand even opened gauze! Another came and didn't draw for all tests required! Another told me to just eat which I couldn't do because my tests were to be done fasting. Kelsey is always professional and very considerate. All tests required were done. You can tell your doctor or doctors about her knowing full well that she is very reliable and has a great touch and the job will be done correctly.

Kelsie is absolutely amazing!!! We have had her coming to our home for years to do blood draws. She is the only phlebotomist who can get labs from my medically fragile son! She is super sweet, works with him, and gets it done!!!! We love her!!!!!

I have been very pleased with the service we received from Kelsie. Her timeliness was always considerate and always gave me notices as to when to expect her WITH UPDATES. That takes conscious effort all day to do that for your patients. Always a smile. My mother of 104 had very thin skin and poor veins yet she never caused my mother pain!!!! I have never had anyone like her and there were hundreds of times she had to be poked by other nurses. My mother even looked forward to her coming. We loved her. You will too. I can only say she's one of the best in her profession with great bedside manner.

Kelsie has been drawing my mother's blood for 2 years. She has the best bedside manner and is very accommodating. My mother has had others draw her blood since her stroke, and it has hurt a lot — even in the hospitals. Kelsie knows how to do it quick and gently; my mom barely feels it. She's willing to use a butterfly needle for her as well. We are so grateful to have her as our phlebotomist.

Kelsie is such a caring professional. She is always prompt and really makes life easier — I'm a hard draw but she never has a problem with first stick. I've been doing my labs with Kelsie for at least two years, maybe longer. She is definitely my go-to person for labs.

Kelsie is simply the best! I've been with her for two years and not once had a bad experience! Highly recommended!
